We engage experts on a contractual basis as Independent Contractors or Consultants. This allows us to establish a flexible, non-exclusive partnership with leading experts, ensuring SLSA has access to world-class expertise without the constraints of full-time employment.
Experts are compensated at a competitive daily or project-based rate, commensurate with experience and the complexity of the assignment.
